Hi Amanda I'm enjoying your content so much I don't like how stark pale my forehead shows up in summer so I wanted to comment what I did this morning in my routine and it was beautifully bronzer and natural looking I used my Makeup by mario bronzing serum in Fair all over the face as like my all over bronzing drop then for more definition I used my Saie liquid bronzer in the " salt" shade on the perimeter of my face I'm in LOVE with how it looked Just wanted to mention that ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Oh! And I'm super oily and the Rare Beauty dewy finish blushes are GORGEOUS on my skin. They don't move, last all day and actually are less shiny than my normal skin so it balances my face out, seeing as I don't like to wear setting powder (or, at least, hardly any setting powder). For anyone else who's super oily, I have found that not putting setting powder all over my face in thick layers to "control" oil actually makes me look less oily by the end of the day. I look dewy, not oily. And oddly enough my makeup isn't creasing either.

I am super super pale in winter and even though I religiously wear SPF 50 PA ++++ every day rain or shine, winter or summer, I get DARK in summer. I'm half Irish and half Lakota. And I LOVE red blush, for both my winter and summer shades. Nars Exhibit A, Dior Cherry, Blend Bunny's red from that awesome "weird" color blush palette, the Haus Labs Watermelon, and oddly enough the Givenchy are in my collection, some of them have been staples for almost 20 years. What people always forget is that everyone has blood, and it's your blood that creates your natural flush. And what color is blood? EXACTLY! It's the same reason everyone looks good in red lipstick, just gotta find your shade!

They're so sheer that sand isn't even noticeable. Salt gives a very subtle but VISIBLE effect. I can only see the sheen on the sand side.

I can't tell the difference...especially at the end when you ask.

Dear Amanda I am very fair and I never used Drunk Elephant bronzi drops on their own. I always mix it with my spf and that's where this product shines in my opinion.

I have loved the Flower Beauty Heatwave drops for years and years. For me they are a summer staple that keeps me from having to buy new foundation ❤

So helpful, thank you. Most bronzing drops are not for my fair skin due to the dark shades, am so glad I haven't bought any of them! 😂 My go-to bronzing 'drop' / primer /light base is Vita Liberata Beauty Blur, which I suspect is like the Makeup By Mario product. It comes in enough shades that I can wear a darker shade in summer to add warmth, glow and giving slightly darker skin. I think Beauty Blur is v under-rated.

This is one of the only mascaras (I have the Neogen one, but it’s the same thing) that I can use on its own that keeps my lashes curled. Love it so much! I will also use the Etude House Dr. Fixer primer under other mascaras to keep my lashes curled. Otherwise, they droop no matter what I do.

I wouldn't use any bronzing drops directly on my face... I would add them to at least a little moisturizer, or foundation, or to tint sunscreen. Great video.

How did you Summer before these bronzing drops? I feel we were told we need to “suddenly” bronze our face in a different way than whatever you used to do a couple years ago. I personally havent see any video on YT testing these bronzing products I think looks good on its own (I realize usually they go under whatever foundation you have on the face), they look very muddy imo

Than you, Amanda. This took a lot of work. Love your reviews and respect your opinions because our aesthetics are very similar. I have had the Clinique bronzer for years and years. It is a holy grail and, after using it for so long I cannot get used to another bronzer. I also use it with moisturizer/milky toner on my legs…it “sets” and stays on until I shower before bed. It is also a good color for me as it is somewhat red (not orange or yellow) and looks very natural. I just purchased the Makeup by Mario bronzer but am having trouble getting used to it. Once again, Thank you!
